Pointe Santo de Sanibel is one of the premier and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees and flowering bougainvillea vines directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. The beautifully manicured grounds and location on the coast contribute to an uncrowded stay. Our unit is rated "Platinum," the highest rating for desirability, location, amenities, and décor, by the premier island real estate rental agency. The ground floor provides "walk out" access to gardens, pool, and beach. Broad views include the beautifully landscaped, spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

The interior has been newly renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a light nautical theme. It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.

Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals are close by as are the island's many delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries.

A unique feature of Pointe Santo is its supervised children’s program, available during certain seasons.

You are never far from all the island conveniences with shopping less than a mile away, but at Pointe Santo, you are millions of miles away from hustle and bustle.

Kayak or Canoe in the mangroves in the National Wildlife Refuge. Go birding. Island water fowl is replete. See Otters, Turtles, Manatees, and Dolphins.
